Refund policy

At VyomKart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


📦 1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-Day Easy Return Policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • The product must be in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (Order ID / Email / Phone Number)


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


📸 Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • A wrong product

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or video of the product

Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund.


💸 Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), return shipping will be free.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind), shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
