📦 1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-Day Easy Return Policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in original condition

The product must be in original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (Order ID / Email / Phone Number)

📸 Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:

A damaged product

A defective item
-
A wrong product
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Order ID

Clear photos or video of the product
Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund.
💸 Refund Process
Once your return is approved:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund will be credited to your original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), return shipping will be free.

If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind), shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
